• Rates are based on single or double occupancy, quoted in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice.
• An additional charge of $25 per night is applied to each extra person per studio or suite.
• Children under the age of 12 stay free with adult. Cots or cribs are available on request.
• Maximum occupancy: 3 guests per studio, 4 guests per one bedroom suite
• All rates are subject to 10% Service Charge and 10% Government Tax.

Cancellations

• Summer Season: no charge if reservations are cancelled at least 14 days prior to arrival, a 3 night penalty will be charged for cancellations received within 14 days prior to arrival.
• Winter / Holiday Season: no charge if reservations are cancelled at least 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations will be charged in full if cancellation is received within 30 days prior to arrival.
• No-Shows will be charged in full.
• In the event of an official hurricane warning for the Turks and Caicos Islands the cancellation penalty will be waived and we will make every effort to change your reservation to a different date, subject to availability.
• Check-in time is 3 pm, check-out time is noon.
• A later check-out time may be available on request at an additional charge.
• No pets allowed.
